Property owners benefit from smaller utility bills and a reduced environmental footprint.

Key Signs Your Mulberry AC Needs Professional Attention

Unusual Noises and Vibrations

Rattling, squealing, or grinding sounds indicate potential mechanical failure. Ignoring these warnings can lead to major component damage.

Warm Air Circulating from Vents

A cooling system that blows lukewarm air could signal refrigerant loss, a failing compressor, or a restricted expansion valve.

Short Cycling During Peak Heat

If the system turns on and off rapidly, evaporator coils may be freezing or thermostats could be misreading indoor temperature.

Excess Humidity Indoors

Pooling water near the air handler or persistent clamminess suggests drainage clogs or improperly sized equipment.

Unexpected Spikes in Energy Costs

A sudden jump in utility bills often points to declining efficiency caused by dirty coils, weak capacitors, or duct leaks.

Prompt intervention by HEP prevents minor issues from escalating into costly breakdowns.
