How does your transparent pricing model work?
Before any work begins, our technician provides you with a written, line-item quote that lists every part, labor hour, and permit fee required for your job. You approve the price on the tablet right in your living room, and that price is locked in—no surprise add-ons once the project starts.
What is included in the quoted price for HVAC installation?
Our all-inclusive installation price covers the new equipment, removal and recycling of your old unit, any required ductwork adjustments, labor, local permits, sales tax, and a post-installation system start-up and inspection. A 1-year labor warranty and the manufacturer’s parts warranty are also built into the cost.
Are there any hidden fees or surprise charges I should worry about?
No. We believe in up-front honesty. The price you sign off on is the price you pay—even if the job takes longer than expected. If an unforeseeable code issue or structural problem is discovered, we stop work, explain the finding, and issue a revised estimate for your approval first.
Do you offer financing or payment plans for HVAC services?
Yes. Through our Cleveland-area lending partners we offer 0% interest plans up to 18 months and low-interest terms up to 120 months. Applications take about 5 minutes, have no impact on your credit to pre-qualify, and you can pay off the balance early without penalties.
How accurate are your online estimates?
Our instant quote tool uses your home’s square footage, insulation level, and preferred efficiency rating to generate a price that’s typically within 5–10% of the final quote. A free in-home assessment is still required to verify duct sizing and electrical capacity before we finalize and lock the price.
Do you charge extra for emergency service calls on nights or weekends?
We charge a slightly higher flat diagnostic fee for calls outside our regular 8 AM–6 PM schedule, but that fee is disclosed on our website and confirmed by phone before a technician is dispatched. All repair prices remain the same 24/7 and are presented for approval before any work begins.
